Beth Lobasov has been a part of the YM&YWHA of Washington Heights & Inwood since she joined the preschool at the age of three. She then became a Y camper at the age of five, so camp holds a very special place in her heart. She has a Bachelor's from Hunter College in English and is working towards a Master's in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education at Hunter as well. Beth's previous work experience includes being a Head Teacher of a 2s classroom and Assistant Teacher for preschool and kindergarten. This is Beth's second year as the Kindergarten Tribe Leader and she is thrilled to be back! She loves witnessing how much her campers will grow over the summer, learning new skills and being able to do things they didn't think they could do. She looks forward to being a part of that and giving them what camp has given her!

Liat comes to Camp Twelve Trails with over eleven years of youth work experience. She has worked as a Head Counselor, Teaching Assistant, and a Youth Adviser. She is so excited to use her camp experience and Jewish youth group background to bring new ideas and ruach (spirit) to Camp this summer. She is most looking forward to watching the campers and counselors grow and mature as individuals and as a collective group. She is also excited to help campers learn about Judaism. In her spare time, Liat can be seen behind a computer working on graphic design, doing arts and crafts, or playing sports. Liat is pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design at The City College of New York.

Kisly is a 2017 graduate from Mercy College and holds a Bachelor’s in Child Psychology, as well as minors in Dance and Criminal Justice. From there, she joined Camp Twelve Trails and became a Tribe Leader. The Y is a second home for her, and through her love of programming she has had great impact on all of our children. Antoine has worked in the field of youth education for 10 years, serving multiple positions such as Program Leader, Specialist and Neighborhood Coordinator. Antoine has been involved as a camper in youth programs since he was six years old and has seen many different types of summer camps. Nothing he’s been involved in has held the same energy as Camp Twelve Trails! Antoine loves coming to work to have fun and share in new experiences with the staff and campers, and hopes to instill within them the lessons he learned both as a former camper and as an experienced youth leader.
Thomas has many years of experience in summer camps. As a former camper, he understands the impact camp can have, such as developing social skills and a willingness to try new things. Thomas worked as a Summer Youth Counselor at the YMCA of Greater NY Summer Day Camp in the Bronx and as a Camp Supervisor. He attended Plaza College in Queens, NY. He received an Associate’s degree in Administrative Studies and plans on pursuing a Bachelor’s in Childhood Education in the fall. Thomas is excited to see the children have a great time while also learning and growing in what they're passionate about. He is looking forward to this exciting new journey with Camp Twelve Trails!
